The support we offer includes program updates, training, implementation and general support issues. All customers are given remote support software so that, when they want our assistance, they can turn on the software and we can see their computer across the Internet. This makes assisting our customers very easy and quick. Most issues are dealt with during the first phone call.
Training is also dealt with in the same way. When issues arise that need training it can be done quickly and there is never any need to attend expensive training course or go to remote locations.
