Why we were looking for new software
As the business grew, we had to move away from our paper trail of invoices and find a system that was easy to use and would make our business more professional.
Implementing the system
This was the easy part. The Autosales team installed the software on 3 of our computers, all we had to do was log them in remotely and leave them to it. The installation was complete in one morning.
The training we had from Autosales was very clear and each member of our staff was given one to one training over the phone. Once the training was complete, within a week of using the system we were all confident of all the regular processes involved.
We have always been really pleased with the support from the Autosales team. It’s nice to have the confidence that even if you call out of the blue, your problems will be dealt with promptly.
On the rare occasions that we need some extra help with unusual vehicles or deals, Autosales are just a phone call away. We have main dealer experience and can honestly say that the Autosales team are as good as anyone out there without a doubt.
What we like about Autosales
The Autosales system has made changing invoices, searching vehicles and looking up customer information so much easier.
What we are really finding useful is the ability to email customer order forms and invoices directly from the system. It looks so much more professional than how we used to do it and saves us time too!
This has been even more noticeable as time has gone on, looking for information from sales in the past is now a two second job rather than a paperwork nightmare.
We are really pleased with Autosales, its one of the best things we have ever done to move our business forward.
